Description
These aluminium heatsinks are ideal for use for cooling small ICs such as voltage regulators.
At approximately 12x12mm square, they are ideal for use with TO-263 and TO-220 packaged components.
The heatsinks are supplied with pre-applied 3M thermal adhesive pads for easy application - just peel back the backing and stick the heatsink straight on!
