Description
This DS18B20 waterproof temperature sensor comes preassembled in a sealed metal casing that protects it from water - so you can immerse the DS18B20 in liquids to measure their temperature!
The black cable is connected to GND, the white to the DQ pin and the red to the VDD pin.
- Unique 1-Wire interface only requires ONE data pin for communication
- Each device has a unique 64-bit serial number stored in an on-board ROM
- Requires no external components
- Can be powered from the data line with a power supply range of 3.0V to 5.5V
- Measures temperatures from -55°C to +125°C
- ±0.5°C accuracy from -10°C to +85°C
- Thermometer resolution is user-selectable from 9 to 12 bits
- Converts temperature to 12-bit digital word in 750ms (max)
- User-defined non-volatile alarm settings
- 1 meter cable
- Sensor casing is approx 50mm long by 6mm diameter
