Description
The PIC16F628 is a high performance microcontroller with 2KB of flash, 224 bytes of RAM and 128 bytes of EEPROM in a 18 pin package.
The PIC16F628 has the following built-in peripherals:
- 16 I/O pins with individual direction control
- Two analog comparator modules with programmable voltage reference
- Three timers
- A Capture/Compare/PWM module
- A USART module for serial communications
- 16 bytes of common RAM
- Selectable oscillator options including both internal and external oscillators
